John A. Zubak, MBA

Managing Member

Over twenty five years of business experience with particular expertise in Healthcare and Healthcare IT, strategic planning, business development and operations.  Proven accomplishments in business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, re-engineering operations and business management. Profound technical and functional skills as well as his leadership and problem-solving abilities have resulted in the success of the organizations in which Mr. Zubak has been involved. Mr. Zubak has been a Principal in A Healthcare IT organization, a National Stop Loss Intermediary, a National PPO and Other Insurance operations; all of the organizations he has controlled experienced double digit growth.

Prior to his career in health care technology & related services, Mr. Zubak was a Certified Public Accountant and spent four years working in the Computer Audit sector for Coopers & Lybrand.  The prestigious Computer Audit Assistance Group pioneered many of the computer security and systems controls that are utilized in business today.


Harvey Mitgang

Managing Member

Harvey Mitgang has been an entrepreneur in the insurance industry for the past 20 years.  He began his career as a sales agent earning the new agent of the year award for his overall performance in total premium written as well as the number of policies sold. He is also very proud of reaching the production level for the million dollar roundtable.  While accomplishing some of these goals he also built a number of startup multi state insurance agencies representing some of the most prominent insurance companies in the world. His true talent is expressed through his goal setting and implementation of the planning process to achieve top level results.

Mr. Mitgang was responsible for the day to day operations but also the supervision and recruitment of hundreds of sales agents while maintaining a high level of retention.  He created and implemented many systems to recruit, train and supervise in order for people to replicate his results.

Mr. Mitgang was also a principal in a Healthcare IT Company, a Stop Loss Insurance Operation and a national PPO network. He was responsible for the sales and marketing of their programs to all types of Payors including large self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance companies.  His successful double digit growth of these companies are attributed to his ability to implement well thought out plans while maintaining realistic goals while delivering a top level product and service.
